How we use it
To operate the platform, process bookings and payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data with hosts/guests as needed to complete a booking, with service providers under contract, and when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Residents of certain jurisdictions have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
